As a contributing member of the Rockwell Automation and Cisco Systems Converged Plantwide Ethernet team for three years, these validated network and security documents have impacted many corporations in their migration strategies and new network and security designs.
Working at Rockwell Automation for over twenty three years has certainly afforded the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customer applications and affect the security features found within the Rockwell Automation design software suite including being named on a security patent. Security is an ever-evolving field and we continue to enable innovation in the Industrial Cybersecurity space.
Software Assurance has been defined as "the level of confidence that software is free from vulnerabilities, either intentionally designed into the software or accidentally inserted at any time during its lifecycle, and that the software functions in the intended manner." We are advancing the Industrial Software Assurance field by working with customers like Morris & Associates where these practices reduce coding errors and unintended machine behavior.
