Formal Educational Curriculum
We encourage clients who want formal Industrial Cybersecurity training to enroll in classes conducted by SANS Institute. Gray Man Cyber provides course content and instructional support to SANS Institute classroom training curriculums, ICS Summits, and ICS NetWars. Most SANS courses offer official certification testing to verify a student’s knowledge.
Industrial Security Consulting
We offer Industrial Cybersecurity and networking consulting engagements with a limited number of clients. We focus on the relationships and goals of our clients and therefore limit the number we serve. Together we figure out if we’re a good fit for your needs, and if not, we’ll try to steer you to an appropriate partner.
Industrial Automation Consulting
Because we have extensive experience with Industrial Automation, we also engage with select clients in automation consulting. Our typical engagement focuses on industrial systems coding, with particular attention to code completeness and software assurance methods — did you code the “right thing,” and did you code the “thing right”? Sometimes we’re hired to participate in the project management of automation projects: coordinating requirements gathering, hardware selection, system architecture creation, code reviews, and translating technical dialogue to non-technical stakeholders.
Security Vendor Consulting
We have a background in product and system development, and have worked with product vendors to contribute to product specifications, product verification and validation exercises, and, in some cases, field product troubleshooting.
